Glas Haircare orders are sent from Ireland. The following standard delivery rates apply to Ireland and the United Kingdom.

These are estimated delivery times after dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any different delivery arrangement will be explained before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery updates

We email you when your order is dispatched. Any tracking available for your shipment will be included. Please check your delivery address and email address carefully before paying.

Busy periods, public holidays, weather and customs processing can affect arrival times. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay. This does not remove your rights concerning late or missing deliveries.

UK orders and customs

Orders to Great Britain cross a customs border. Depending on the order and applicable rules, import VAT, duties or carrier handling charges may apply. Amounts we collect are shown at checkout; charges not collected by us may be requested by the carrier or customs authority. Northern Ireland arrangements may differ. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Other destinations and currency

Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, contact us before placing an order. Where checkout uses a different currency, the delivery charge is displayed in that currency before payment.

Missing, late or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within its expected time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the remedy required. Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods stays with us until you or your nominated recipient receives them. A delivery scan alone does not remove your consumer rights.
